Your musical achievements are inspirational to the teachers and us!  And we could not think of a better city than New York to celebrate such significant achievements.  The weather was perfect, and the excitement of the NY Marathon weekend was in the air.  It seemed like everyone in the world was there to celebrate with us!

Your Dress Rehearsal at the Steinway & Sons Piano Gallery in Coral Gables on October 16 was a complete success!

This is a sneak preview of our dress rehearsal:  

OUR YOUNGEST AND MULTI-TALENTED SARA URIBE WITH HER VOICE TEACHER WALDO DIAZ MIRANDA.  SARA IS LUCKY TO HAVE SUCH A SUPPORTIVE FAMILY, AND SHE TAKES PIANO, VOICE AND BALLET CLASSES EVERY WEEK AT MIAMI FINE ARTS ACADEMY.  ROUND OF APPLAUSE TO THE PARENTS!

THIS IS NOT A MODELING SHOT, THIS IS SOPHIE SZUTKOWSKI REHEARSING FOR HER DRESS REHEARSAL AT STEINWAY & SONS PIANO GALLERY IN CORAL GABLES.  SOPHIE IS ONLY 6 YEARS OLD, AND SHE IS PREPARING CHOPIN'S NOCTURNE FOR HER CARNEGIE HALL DEBUT RECITAL (THANKS TO HER SUPPORTIVE PARENTS, MARCIN AND KASIA, HER DEDICATED PIANO TEACHER, STEPAN RUDENKO, AND MIAMI FINE ARTS ACADEMY TEAM)

BIRDIE WHITE TRAVELS EVERY SATURDAY FROM KEY LARGO TO MFAA FOR HER VIOLIN CLASSES WITH HER TEACHER SHEENA GUTIERREZ. WE APPLAUD BIRDIE'S PARENTS (CANDACE AND PAUL) FOR SUCH DEDICATION AND COMMITMENT TO THEIR DAUGHTER'S EDUCATION.

Our beautiful and talented piano teacher, Cyril Menendez, inspires students with her performance.

Daniela Cheesman has been taking piano classes only for a year at MFAA, and you should hear her play now getting ready for Carnegie Debut, NY.  Her dedicated family and teacher, Oscar Bustillo are very proud of her musical accomplishments!

Sophie Szutkoski & Estanislao Guerrero admire their friend's performance.  Simply priceless...  This is my favorite moment when I know that MFAA makes a difference! This photo speaks volumes of the difference between the kids who receive arts education and those who do not...  (Ms. Alesya Burgio)
